I had been getting my tax’s done through the company for over 3 years and never had an issue until I allowed this lady to do my taxes. She charged me almost $3000 which was half of my refund. I have never felt so scammed in my life. She said she doesn’t set the fees but I know better. Be careful who you allow to do your taxes. I really hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else. Just be aware.
