Appointments: Schedule, Cancel or Reschedule

Use the TAAX App to search and book Financial Services Providers. You can view the Professional profiles and the available services. Select the service that you want by clicking the Book button next to the service. Then select the calendar date. You will then see each employee's available time slots. Select the employee and the desired time. Click confirm. If you do not have an account you will need to register. You will receive a confirmation email from the service provider. All appointments must be managed by you and the provider. Tax app support can not assist with bookings.

Yes, a TAAX App profile is required to schedule an appointment. You only need to provide an email address, password and phone number to register. You will be able to schedule and manage your appointments once your profile is created.

Click on your profile then appointments.

Times can not be changed. You must cancel and rebook the appointment.

If the appointment has not been confirmed you will need to contact the service provider directly. You can click on the mail icon next to the employee to send a direct message.

Service Providers manage their calendars according to their availability. You may not see any available dates if the provider has blocked off the times or they have been booked. You can contact the provider directly for additional information.

Consumer Refunds and Charges

You will need to contact the Service Provider directly. TAAX App does not bill for any services. The service providers are responsible for all billing, payments and refunds.

Service Provider Reviews

You can leave a review for the Service Provider by clicking on the Appointments link under My Account. You will automatically receive an invitation to leave a review once your appointment has been completed.

Yes, you can click on the Report Business button listed on the Business page.

You can remove your profile under My Account / Settings

Use the TAAX App login page or go to Taax.app then select the “Forgot your password” link. A reset password link will be emailed to you.
