• General Notarization – $4 per notarial act
• Remote Online Notarization (RON) – $35 per session
• Certified Copy of a Non-Recordable Document – $8 (Notary must make the copy)
• Protests (Bill, Note, Other) – $6
• Additional Copies Notarized – $1 per extra copy
• Document Copying – $1 per page


Specialty Services
• Wedding Officiant Services – Starting at $150
• Apostille Services – Starting at $100 (varies by document & processing time)
• Process Serving – Starting at $75 (based on location & urgency)
• Document Delivery – Starting at $50 (depends on distance & time)
• Inspections – Starting at $85 (varies by type & location)

Additional Services
• Witness Verification – $15
• Return License Paperwork to Courthouse – $25 + mileage
• Inventory Safe Deposit Box – $25
• Auto Inspection (for insurance, bank, etc.) – $30
• VIN Verification – $25
• I-9 Verification – $25
• Courier Documents – $25 (travel rates negotiated)
• Email to Employer – $15
• FedEx/UPS Drop-off (Same-Day) – $25

Additional Fees & Policies
• Travel Fee – $0.70 per mile
• After-Hours Service Fee – $20 (for services from 8:01 PM – 6:59 AM)
• Same-Day / Emergency Fee – $35
• Printing & Handling Fee – $5+ (based on page count)
• Cancellation Fee – $10 (if not canceled at least 1 hour before appointment)
• Full Service Charge Policy – If notarization cannot be completed due to:
• Lack of valid identification
• Inability to communicate
• Document not properly prepared
• Client will be billed the entire amount

Dverse Notary will travel to the client’s location or any specified location where notary services are needed.
