Mrs Ketra was very knowledgeable and was very thorough with my taxes. I am very satisfied with my return.
Ms. Ketra was efficient, knew exactly what I needed for my tax return to be processed & she had it filed within a few hours. Definitely will be coming back to her next year & recommending her to others as well! just wanted to add that ms. ketra was able to get me approved for a refund advance, which i received about 12 hours after receiving the approval. if you have not filed your taxes yet, i recommend ms. ketra, hands down! i will never file with another huge tax company again- my experience was personal, efficient, precise & most importantly—stress free! tax time can be stressful. allow a real professional to take the stress out of it for you!
